What to do?
♦️Set boundaries like having a designated workplace, going offline after work, and staying disconnected.
♦️Prioritize self-care in the form of exercise, socializing with friends, and leisure activities.
♦️Reshuffle family expectations and duties including preparing meals and doing laundry.
♦️ Learn to say NO.
Be realistic about what can be accomplished in both the work and home.
♦️Everything is not equally important. Focus on the things you can do.
